Excellent service. They came and inspected my 30 year old GE Spacemaker washer/dryer unit, and determined that the part needed was no longer made by GE. Instead of trying to sell me on their services, or talk me into hiring them to make an expensive workaround repair, they advised me that I’d be better off buying a new one. And! They recommend multiple local scratch and dent shops where I could get a new unit at a greatly reduced price. The next time I need an appliance repair or install, I’m calling them immediately.

Professional and honest. I don't know anything about dishwashers so he could have charged me whatever he wanted but he made some minor adjustments and only charged the normal diagnostic fee. I really appreciate that in a business.

Mark responded quickly.
An appointment was set and he showed up @ the time arranged.
He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes of his arrival and came up with a plan to get the needed parts as soon as possible.
He called within 24 hours advising that he gotten the needed part and again set up a time to complete the repair which was done professionally.

Mark was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our refrigeratorâ s problem quickly and then gave us the solution that we could finish ourselves, at no extra charge except the initial fee. Our fridge is now working as good as new! We hired MCE Services to fix our refrigerator. They were able to come out the same day (Friday) and diagnose the problem, and were able to order a replacement part and fix it the following Monday. They checked in a few days later to make sure everything was still working. I've already recommended them to a friend and will continue to do so!
